Description
A 1-light mini pendant from the Athens collection, finished in polished chrome with a mercury glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Athens mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The polished chrome finish and mercury glass shade create a vintage yet modern look, while the stem-hung design allows for adjustable height. Part of the Edison series, this fixture marries the best of the Franklin and Ballston collections for uncompromising construction.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms over a 36-48 in table, centered for ambient light
- Breakfast nooks or counter seating areas, hung 30-36 in above the surface
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, used as a single accent
Not ideal for
- Large open-plan rooms needing high brightness - this is a single 1-light fixture with moderate output
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging length is 18.5 in
How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task or accent lighting in a focused area.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, ambient glow. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Overall dimensions: 8 in wide x 9.5 in high x 8 in deep. Height adjustable from 18.5 in to 42.5 in via the 10 ft wire. Shade is 8 in wide x 7 in high. Canopy is 1 in high x 4.75 in diameter. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
