Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (recommended ST64 shape). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED, expect 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a small table or island, but not a primary room light. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent bulb (450 lumens).

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium-base (E26) vintage-style bulb (ST64 shape) is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with a dimmable bulb and a standard incandescent/LED dimmer. Use a compatible LED dimmer for best performance.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas. Not suitable for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
