Description
A 53-inch, 4-light island light from the Athens Collection, finished in matte black with matte white glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Athens island light combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek matte black finish and matte white glass shades. The steel and cast brass construction ensures durability, while the four ST64 vintage bulbs (not included) provide warm ambient light. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, centered above the island for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W equivalent LED bulbs per socket for a total of about 3000-4000 lumens, suitable for a primary kitchen island light. Using lower-wattage bulbs (40W equivalent) creates a softer ambient glow for dining.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare. For a warm, inviting feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

The fixture measures 52.75 inches wide, 12.88 inches high, with an extension of 10 inches. The height is adjustable from 21.88 to 45.88 inches via the stem. It includes 10 feet of wire. The canopy is 6.25 x 4.5 x 1 inches. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires four medium-base (E26) bulbs, recommended ST64 vintage shape.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard LED dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not suitable for wet locations.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
