The Athens island light combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek brushed satin nickel finish and cased matte white glass shades. The four globe-shaped shades diffuse light evenly, making it a versatile choice for both modern and traditional homes. How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs (not included), recommended in ST64 vintage shape. With four 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulbs, you can achieve 2400-3200 lumens, sufficient for primary kitchen island lighting. For a dimmer ambiance, use lower-wattage bulbs or a dimmer switch (fixture is dimmable if dimmable bulbs are used).
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shades produce a soft, diffused light that minimizes glare. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs; for a crisper task light, choose 3500K-4000K. The fixture is dimmable with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to a soft glow.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
