Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island light in satin gold with mercury glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated indoor spaces.
The Athens collection combines industrial and transitional styling with a satin gold finish and mercury glass shades. The steel and cast brass construction provides durability, while the globe-shaped shades diffuse light beautifully. This stem-hung fixture is sloped ceiling adaptable and includes 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, centered over the island for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop

How bright is it?
With four medium-base sockets (E26), brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using four 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each), total output is approximately 3200 lumens—bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shades create a soft, slightly diffused glow with a vintage character. For a warm ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. Recommended bulbs are medium base (E26) vintage ST64 shape, 60W equivalent LED or incandescent.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard LED or incandescent dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered patios or bathrooms with no direct water exposure, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
