A 48-inch, 4-light island light in satin gold with mercury glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Athens collection combines industrial styling with a modern transitional feel. This island light features a satin gold finish on steel and cast brass, with four mercury glass globe shades that diffuse light beautifully. The stem-hung design allows for height adjustment, making it versatile for various ceiling heights.

How bright is it?
Uses four medium-base bulbs (not included). With recommended 60W ST64 bulbs, total output is approximately 3200 lumens - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table as primary lighting. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable bulbs with a compatible dimmer.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shades create a warm, slightly diffused light with a vintage character. Bulb color temperature is your choice; 2700K-3000K warm white complements the satin gold finish and creates a cozy atmosphere. Not dimmer-compatible by default unless dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch are used.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with ventilation, but not in direct water exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
