Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island light in polished nickel with mercury glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Athens collection combines industrial edge with vintage charm. The polished nickel finish and mercury glass shades create a dynamic, reflective look that suits modern, transitional, and restoration-vintage interiors. With four ST64 vintage bulbs (not included), this fixture provides ample task and ambient light over a kitchen island or dining table.

How bright is it?
With four medium-base sockets, brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using four 60W equivalent LED bulbs (approx. 800 lumens each), total output is about 3200 lumens - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is your choice. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K bulbs. The mercury glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 10.5 inches high, with an adjustable height from 19.5 to 43.5 inches. It extends 8 inches from the ceiling. The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 inches. Suitable for rooms with ceilings 8 ft or higher. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms without direct water exposure. Not suitable for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
