Description
A 40-inch, 6-light chandelier in satin nickel with mercury glass shades, ideal for dining rooms and living rooms needing a statement fixture with vintage-industrial character.
The Athens chandelier from Innovations Lighting combines a satin nickel steel and cast brass frame with six globe-shaped mercury glass shades. The mercury finish gives each shade a reflective, slightly iridescent quality that softens the light. This stem-hung fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered patios or sunrooms as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base sockets (E26), you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent each (or LED equivalent). Using six 60W incandescent bulbs yields about 4800 lumens total — enough to brightly light a 12x14 ft dining room. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shades diffuse light with a soft, slightly cool tone. For a warm ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is compatible with dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch for adjustable brightness.
