The Athens chandelier combines industrial matte black steel and cast brass with cased matte white glass globes, creating a versatile fixture that suits industrial, modern contemporary, and transitional spaces. How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) yields approximately 4800 lumens total—enough to brightly illuminate a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage vintage-style bulbs.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. Pair with warm white (2700-3000K) bulbs for a cozy, traditional feel, or with daylight (4000-5000K) bulbs for a crisper, more modern look. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture uses six medium-base (E26) bulbs, recommended shape ST64 vintage style.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
