Description
A 35-inch, 4-light bath vanity light in brushed brass with seedy glass shades, designed for bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Athens collection combines industrial and vintage-inspired details with a modern transitional feel. The brushed brass finish and seedy glass globes create warm, diffused light that flatters skin tones and complements brass or wood accents. Built from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-60 inch vanity, mounted above the mirror for even task and ambient light
- Powder rooms where a vintage-industrial statement piece is desired
- Damp-rated bathrooms (steam from showers) thanks to its damp location certification
- Spaces with 8 ft or higher ceilings, mounted with the center 80 inches above the floor
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or wet locations (damp-rated only, not wet-rated)
- Very small powder rooms under 4 ft wide where a 35-inch fixture may overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base (E26) sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent LEDs per socket (240W total). Using 800-lumen LED bulbs each, total output would be about 3200 lumens—bright enough for primary bathroom lighting. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. For a classic warm look, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms with steam from showers. Not rated for wet or outdoor locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
