Description
A 28-inch, 5-light chandelier from the Athens collection, finished in brushed brass with seedy glass shades, ideal for dining rooms and living rooms.
The Athens chandelier combines industrial and transitional style with a brushed brass finish and seedy glass shades. Its five-light design provides ample illumination while the open globe shades add a vintage touch. Crafted from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is built to last and suitable for damp locations.
Best for
- Dining rooms with tables 48-60 inches long, hung 30-34 inches above the table
- Living rooms and great rooms with ceilings 8 ft or higher, as a central light source
- Open-concept spaces where a transitional-industrial look complements modern or traditional decor
- Kitchen islands or breakfast nooks, hung in multiples for larger areas
- Entryways and foyers with two-story ceilings, using the adjustable hanging height
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum height is 26.5 inches
- Spaces requiring a very bright, task-oriented light - this chandelier is best for ambient lighting

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With five medium-base sockets (E26), you can install bulbs up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). Using 60W incandescent bulbs, total output would be around 4000-5000 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shades diffuse light, creating a warm, inviting glow. For a vintage look, use ST64 Edison bulbs (not included). The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright to cozy.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 28 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 17.5 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 26.5 to 50.5 inches using the included chain. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches high. It weighs 6 lbs and is sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
