Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With three medium-base sockets, you can use up to 60W each (or LED equivalent) for a total of up to 180W. For a typical bathroom, 3 x 60W incandescent (or 3 x 9W LED) provides ample ambient and task light.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it's safe in bathrooms, covered porches, or other areas with moisture. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
