Description
A 14-inch single-light pendant from the Athens collection, finished in polished nickel with a matte white glass globe, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Athens pendant combines industrial-inspired design with transitional versatility. Its heavy cast steel and brass construction is finished in polished nickel, while the large cased matte white glass shade softens the light. This fixture is part of the Edison family, allowing customization with various glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 48-60 in long, centered above the table

Not ideal for

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb — about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task and accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For a primary room light, consider pairing multiple pendants.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white — a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. CRI 82 is adequate for most residential settings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
