Description
A 14-inch single-light pendant from the Athens collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a clear glass globe, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms where you want vintage-inspired LED lighting.
The Athens pendant combines industrial character with modern versatility. The brushed satin nickel finish on steel and cast brass is clean and neutral, while the clear glass shade shows off the included ST64 vintage LED bulb. The fixture is damp-rated for covered patios and bathrooms, and the 10-foot wire allows flexible hanging heights from 25 to 49 inches.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or stairwells with ceilings 8-10 ft, hung as a single statement

Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft - the minimum hanging height is 25 inches
- Primary room lighting in large living rooms over 300 sq ft - 600 lumens is accent-level brightness
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent. This is ideal for accent or task lighting over a table or island, but not enough to serve as the sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It flatters skin tones and warm wood finishes. The CRI of 82 is standard for general lighting; colors appear natural but not as vivid as high-CRI options.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 13.75 inches wide and 16.12 inches tall, with a 13.75-inch diameter glass shade. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch tall. Hanging height adjusts from 25.12 to 49.12 inches via the 10-foot wire. Works best on ceilings 8-10 ft high.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer. We recommend a standard LED-compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated, so it can be used in bathrooms, covered patios, and other damp locations. Not for wet locations exposed to direct rain.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
