Description
A 14-inch single-light pendant with a mercury glass globe and black antique brass finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Athens pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The black antique brass finish and mercury glass shade create a vintage yet modern look. Part of the Edison family, it can be paired with shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections. The 10-foot black textured cord allows for flexible hanging heights.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a dining area. For brighter light, use a higher-wattage or LED equivalent.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, ambient glow. The color temperature depends on the bulb; a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb complements the antique brass finish and creates a cozy atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
