Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over the counter
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Breakfast nooks or eat-in kitchens, providing ambient light over a small table
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) for a warm, inviting glow
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 46 in hanging length
- Primary room lighting in large open-concept areas - 600 lumens is accent-level brightness
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for general use but not ideal for color-critical tasks like art or makeup.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 11.75 in wide x 13.12 in high (fixture only). Hanging height adjustable from 22.12 to 46.12 in. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works on sloped ceilings. For an 8-ft ceiling, hang at about 30-36 in above the table or counter.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The bulb is dimmable; use a standard LED-compatible dimmer. Not tested with specific brands.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered patios, but not in wet locations like exposed outdoor areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
