Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a polished chrome finish and seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Athens mini pendant combines industrial style with modern versatility. Its polished chrome finish and seedy glass shade create a warm, textured glow. Part of the Edison collection, this fixture features heavy cast components and can be customized with various glass or metal shades. It includes a 6-watt LED bulb with 600 lumens and 2700K warm white light.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered above the table
- Breakfast nooks or counter seating areas, hung 30-36 in above the surface
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, used as a single statement pendant
- Covered patios or damp-rated indoor spaces like laundry rooms
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft due to the minimum hanging height of 22 in
- Large open rooms over 15x15 ft where a single mini pendant may not provide sufficient light
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task and accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces over 100 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. CRI 82 provides good color rendering for most residential settings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6-watt LED ST64 bulb is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer. Use a standard LED dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms away from direct water spray or covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can I use a different shade? Yes, the Edison collection allows customization with glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
