How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb (about 800 lumens), it provides warm ambient light suitable for hallways and entryways. For a dimmer effect, use a lower wattage bulb.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare. Pair with a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a cozy, inviting glow that complements the matte black finish.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage ST64 bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. If you install a dimmable LED or incandescent bulb, use a standard dimmer compatible with that bulb type.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations or directly above a shower.

What is the difference between the Athens and Arcadia collections? The Athens collection features a globe/orb shade, while the Arcadia has a different shade shape. Both offer similar finish options.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
