How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used; the fixture accepts up to a 100W incandescent equivalent (E26 base). For reference, a 100W incandescent bulb emits about 1600 lumens, which is bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade provides bright, unobstructed light. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood. For a warm, inviting feel, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8" W x 8" D x 11" H. The hanging height is adjustable from 16.75" to 40.75" using the included stems (one 6" and two 12"). The canopy is 4.75" in diameter. This pendant works well over kitchen islands and dining tables, and is sloped ceiling compatible.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable. Use a standard dimmer compatible with the bulb type you choose.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is damp-rated, so it can be installed in bathrooms but not in direct contact with water. It is not rated for outdoor use.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
How do I adjust the hanging height? The fixture includes one 6-inch stem and two 12-inch stems, allowing you to customize the hanging length up to 30 inches.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
