Description
A compact mini pendant with a hand-blown globe shade, finished in brushed brass with a rope-wrapped stem, for kitchen islands and dining nooks.
The Astor mini pendant brings a refined mix of rustic charm and modern elegance. Its intricate stem, wrapped in rope, contrasts beautifully with the smooth matte white glass globe. The brushed brass finish adds warmth, making it a versatile accent for transitional and industrial interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, providing ambient light over a table
- Entryways and hallways, adding a decorative focal point
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 42.5-inch hanging length
How bright is it?
This pendant uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose; with a standard 100W bulb, expect around 1600 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the light level to suit the mood. The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. For a classic look, pair it with a 2700K LED bulb for warm white light.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 8 inches wide and 11.75 inches high, with an adjustable hanging length from 18.5 to 42.5 inches. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. It works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, and in entryways with standard 8-9 foot ceilings.
