Description
A 14-inch pendant from the Astor collection, finished in polished nickel with a seedy glass globe, ideal for dining rooms and kitchen islands.
This pendant features an intricate stem with a rope-wrapped detail, blending rustic charm with modern elegance. The polished nickel finish and seedy glass shade add texture and depth to any room. Hand-blown glass and a damp-rated design make it a versatile choice.
Best for
- Dining rooms, hung over a table for focused ambient light.
- Kitchen islands, providing task lighting for food prep.
- Entryways and foyers, making a statement.
- Living rooms, as a decorative accent over a coffee table.
- Covered patios and porches, as it is damp-rated.
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated.
- Large rooms needing primary lighting, as it is designed for accent use.
- Spaces with low ceilings, as the minimum hanging height is about 25 inches.
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used; it accepts up to 100W incandescent or equivalent LED. For reference, a 100W incandescent is about 1600 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb; use a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED for a cozy feel. The seedy glass diffuses light softly.
