How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens - similar to a traditional 100W bulb, bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Using a lower-wattage LED bulb will reduce brightness for a softer ambient glow.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The matte white glass shade diffuses light, reducing glare and creating a soft, even glow. This fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 14 inches wide by 14 inches deep and 18 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 25.13 to 49.13 inches using the included stems (one 6-inch and two 12-inch). The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. This pendant works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, and in entryways with standard or sloped ceilings (90-degree swivel included).

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A standard E26 base bulb is required.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, this fixture is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer compatible with your bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it can be used in bathrooms but not in direct contact with water. It is not rated for outdoor wet locations.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
How does the rope accent affect the look? The white rope wrapping on the stem adds a rustic, textured element that softens the industrial metal design, making it versatile for various decor styles.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
