Description
A 14-inch single-light cord pendant from Innovations Lighting, finished in satin nickel with a matte white glass globe shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Astor pendant combines rustic charm with modern elegance, featuring an intricate stem and a hand-blown glass globe that adds texture and depth. The satin nickel finish and matte white shade create a versatile look that fits industrial, modern, and transitional interiors. With a 120-inch adjustable cord, it adapts to various ceiling heights.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row or singly over a breakfast bar
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient light
- Entryways and foyers, adding a warm welcome
- Living rooms, as a statement piece near a seating area
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, due to the glass shade's fragility
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord length
- Areas requiring bright task lighting, as this is an accent fixture
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can emit up to 1600 lumens, similar to a 100W bulb, providing ample ambient light for a dining area or kitchen island. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, creating a soft, warm ambiance. Compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs, so you can choose your preferred color temperature.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 14 inches in diameter and 18.5 inches in height, with an adjustable hanging height from 22.25 to 139.25 inches. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. It suits most ceiling heights, and the cord can be cut to your desired length.
