How bright is it?
Each of the three included 6-watt LED bulbs produces 600 lumens, for a total of 1800 lumens - comparable to a 120-watt incandescent. This is ideal for ambient bathroom lighting and general task lighting over a vanity, but may not be sufficient as a primary light in larger bathrooms over 50 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It flatters skin tones and complements warm finishes like matte black and white. With a CRI of 82, color rendering is adequate for everyday use but not ideal for precise makeup application.

The fixture measures 28.25 inches wide, 9.5 inches high, and extends 8.25 inches from the wall. It is designed for horizontal mounting over a bathroom vanity. The backplate is 6 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. Ideal for vanities 28-36 inches wide and ceilings 8 ft or higher.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible LED dimmers. We recommend a standard LED-compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it is safe in bathrooms with high humidity but not for direct water exposure or outdoor use.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
