Description
A 50-inch wide, 4-light island pendant from the Franklin Restoration Collection, finished in polished chrome with matching metal shades - designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms that need bright, adjustable task lighting.
This Addison island pendant combines traditional and industrial styling with a polished chrome finish on steel and cast brass construction. The four cone-shaped metal shades are each fitted with a 100W LED bulb (included) that delivers 350 lumens per bulb at a warm 2700K color temperature. Solid brass 180-degree adjustable swivels with internal teeth lock in at 5-degree intervals, and a 90-degree hang-straight swivel for sloped ceilings is included. The fixture comes with 2-6 and 4-12 inch downrods and 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.

How bright is it?
Each of the four included LED bulbs produces 350 lumens, for a total of 1400 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb per socket. This is bright enough to serve as primary task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but may need supplemental ambient light in larger rooms.
Light color and feel
The bulbs emit a warm 2700K color temperature - a soft, golden-white tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 82, color rendering is adequate for most tasks but not ideal for critical color work. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness from a warm glow to full output.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 49.88 inches wide, 5.25 inches deep, and 10 inches tall. With the included downrods, the overall hanging height adjusts from 19.75 to 43.75 inches. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. For a standard 8-9 ft ceiling, hang the fixture 30-36 inches above the counter or tabletop.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
