Description
A 6-inch flush mount with a seeded glass schoolhouse shade on a satin gold frame, ideal for hallways and bedrooms.
From the Aditi collection, this flush mount features a steel frame in satin gold and a seeded glass shade in a schoolhouse shape. The traditional styling adds a classic touch to any ceiling. It can be mounted with bulbs facing up or down, offering flexibility for wall or ceiling installation.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-10 foot ceilings, providing ambient light
- Bedrooms as a space-saving ceiling light, especially in rooms with low ceilings
- Damp locations such as covered patios or bathrooms with ventilation
- Spaces styled in traditional or vintage decor
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright, task-oriented lighting - this is an ambient fixture
- Sloped ceilings - not specified as adaptable
How bright is it?
Uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) - brightness depends on the bulb you choose. For reference, a 100W incandescent produces about 1600 lumens, enough for ambient lighting in a small to medium room.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The seeded glass diffuses light softly and adds texture.
