Description
A slim, ADA-compliant wall sconce with a retractable lozenge light and touch dimmer, ideal for bedside reading or a hallway nook.
The Parsons sconce brings hospitality-inspired innovation home. Its lozenge-shaped light extends from the backplate for reading, then retracts to a clean profile when not in use. Finished in Aged Brass with a steel body, it adds a warm, modern accent to bedrooms, hallways, and cozy corners.
Best for
- Primary bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading light with easy touch control
- Hallways and stairwells needing a low-profile, ADA-compliant accent
- Small nooks or reading corners where a full lamp won't fit
- Hospitality-style interiors in hotels, B&Bs, or guest rooms
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - rated for damp locations only
- Outdoor or uncovered patio areas - not rated for wet locations
- Large rooms needing primary illumination - 175 lumens is accent-level brightness
How bright is it?
175 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 25W incandescent bulb. This is accent or task lighting for reading or ambiance, not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, making it flattering for skin tones and warm interiors. The integrated touch dimmer lets you adjust brightness directly on the backplate.
Sizing and fit
Measures 2.5 in wide x 7 in high with a 1 in extension from the wall. The compact, ADA-compliant profile suits narrow spaces, bedside walls, and hallways. Backplate is 2.5 in W x 7 in L x 0.5 in H.
