Description
A 1-light wall sconce with a swing arm and pivoting head, wrapped in cream leather with aged brass accents - built for bedside reading and home office task lighting.
The Lanesville sconce pairs a classic silhouette with a rich material story: Dark brown or cream leather wraps the body, while aged brass details on the rim, shade interior, and stem reinforce its heritage feel. The swing arm and pivoting head let you aim light exactly where you need it, making it a natural reading companion beside a bed or desk.
Best for
- Primary bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading sconce with adjustable aim
- Home offices and study nooks where focused task light is needed
- Hallways or entryways in damp-rated interiors
- Living rooms as an accent light near a favorite chair
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure or outdoor areas - rated for damp locations only
- Spaces where a hardwired fixture is not possible - this is an integral power supply sconce
- Rooms needing broad ambient light - at 225 lumens it is an accent and task light, not a primary source
How bright is it?
225 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 25W incandescent bulb. Ideal for accent or task lighting such as reading, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 90 renders colors accurately, good for art or detailed tasks. Dimmable with ELV or TRIAC dimmers.
