Description
A petite 6-inch flush mount ceiling light for hallways, bedrooms, and transitional interiors that need a classic, low-profile overhead glow.
Aldrich reimagines the decorative can-light with a heritage mindset. A cinched metal frame in Patina Brass flows into a domed opal glossy glass lens that diffuses light while casting a warm glow across the metalwork. Its compact 6-inch profile suits traditional and transitional rooms where a full-size fixture would overwhelm the ceiling.
Best for
- Hallways and foyers under 8 ft ceilings where a low-profile overhead light is required
- Bedrooms and guest rooms as a soft ambient ceiling light
- Closets, laundry rooms, and utility spaces that need a decorative upgrade from a bare bulb
- Traditional and transitional interiors with brass or warm wood accents
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for damp locations only, not wet
- Large rooms over 12 x 12 ft where a single 6-inch fixture would not provide enough light
- Spaces needing a bold statement chandelier or large pendant
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. This fixture uses one 15W E26 medium-base A19 bulb (not included), which typically produces a soft ambient glow suitable for accent and general lighting in small spaces - not as a primary light for large rooms.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. The opal glossy glass shade diffuses the bulb for an even, glare-free glow. For a warm, traditional feel, pair with a 2700K-3000K bulb; for a crisper look, choose 4000K. Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
