House of Troy Traditional 30in 4-Light Picture Light | Traditional Statuary Bronze Metal | Living Room & Gallery Art Lighting | 30 in | Model T30-56

A 30-inch plug-in picture light in statuary bronze, built to wash large paintings and gallery walls in warm, even light.

Part of House of Troy's Traditional collection, this four-bulb picture light uses a wide 30-inch metal shade to spread light evenly across oversized canvases, framed prints, and mantel art. The statuary bronze finish is a deep, dark brown metal tone that recedes against wood paneling and traditional interiors, letting the artwork stay the focal point.

Best for

• Living rooms and dens with large paintings or wide framed pieces above a mantel or sofa
• Home galleries and hallways lined with oversized art
• Studies and libraries where a warm, directed wash flatters framed prints
• Renters and anyone without in-wall wiring - it plugs into a standard outlet

Not ideal for

• Very small frames - a 30-inch shade will overhang artwork narrower than about 30 inches
• Spaces where a visible cord is unacceptable; this is a plug-in model with a 2-prong cord
• Anyone wanting a hardwired, switch-controlled wall light

How bright is it?

Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. It takes four 25W or 40W T10 incandescent bulbs, so brightness depends on the bulbs you choose - 40W bulbs give a brighter wash for large pieces, 25W a softer accent.

Light color and feel

Color temperature depends on the incandescent bulbs installed; traditional incandescent T10s produce a warm, golden-white light that flatters oil paintings, wood frames, and warm-toned interiors. Bulbs are not included.

Sizing and fit

The shade is 30 inches wide, and the arm telescopes to extend the lamp 5 to 7 inches from the wall, so you can tune the throw distance to the size of the piece. Overall dimensions are 4 in W x 8 in D x 38 in H. The fixture weighs 5 lbs.

How far does it project from the wall? The arm telescopes from 5 to 7 inches, letting you set the distance to suit the frame depth.
