House of Troy Traditional 24in 3-Light Picture Light | Traditional Polished Brass Metal Shade | Living Room & Gallery Art Lighting | Model T24-61

A 24-inch plug-in picture light in polished brass, designed to illuminate large artwork with a classic, elegant look.

From House of Troy's Traditional collection, this picture light features a polished brass metal shade and a telescoping arm that extends from 5 to 7 inches. The polished brass finish adds a bright, reflective accent that complements both traditional and transitional interiors. It plugs into any standard outlet with a 2-prong cord and includes an in-line hi-lo switch for easy operation.

Best for

• Living rooms and home galleries with artwork 24 inches wide or more
• Above a mantel or sideboard where a polished accent is desired
• Studies and libraries with warm wood tones
• Rental-friendly installations where hardwiring isn't an option

Not ideal for

• Very small frames under 18 inches wide - the 24-inch shade will overhang
• Spaces without a nearby outlet, since this is a plug-in fixture
• Modern minimalist decors where a traditional metal shade may feel out of place

How bright is it?

Uses three 25W or 40W incandescent T10 bulbs (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulbs chosen; with 40W bulbs, expect roughly 450 lumens per bulb, enough to highlight artwork without washing it out.

Light color and feel

Warm white light from incandescent bulbs (around 2700K) creates a soft, gallery-like glow that flatters oil paintings, photographs, and wood tones. The hi-lo switch lets you dim to a lower setting for evening ambiance.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 4 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 27 inches high, with a 24-inch shade. The arm telescopes from 5 to 7 inches from the wall. Best suited to rooms with 8-10 foot ceilings and artwork hung at eye level.
