House of Troy Slim-line 6in 1-Light Picture Light | Traditional Oil Rubbed Bronze Metal Shade | Living Room & Gallery Art Accent | Model SL6-91

A 6-inch plug-in picture light in oil rubbed bronze that highlights small framed art with warm, no-wiring accent light.

House of Troy's Slim-line series keeps the profile low so the artwork leads. The oil rubbed bronze finish adds a dark, traditional warmth that suits wood frames, leather-bound books, and moodier wall colors. A slim metal shade throws light down the face of the piece, and the 2-prong plug means it installs in minutes without an electrician.

Best for

• Living rooms and studies with dark wood frames or traditional decor
• Hallways and stairwells displaying a single framed print or photograph
• Rentals and apartments - plug-in design needs no hardwiring
• Gallery walls where a discreet shade keeps focus on the art

Not ideal for

• Large canvases over 30 inches wide - the 6-inch shade lights a narrow band
• Bright, minimalist rooms where a dark bronze finish may feel heavy
• Spaces without a nearby outlet, since the cord is the power source

How bright is it?

One 15T4 incandescent bulb (included) gives a soft accent glow - enough to reveal texture and color in a painting, not to light a room. Treat it as museum-style highlighting, not general illumination.

Light color and feel

Incandescent output reads warm and golden-white, flattering oils, acrylics, and photography. The in-line hi-lo switch offers two brightness levels for day and evening viewing.

Sizing and fit

The shade is 6 inches wide and extends 8 inches from the wall, with an overall profile of 3 in W x 11 in D x 23 in H. Suits artwork roughly 18-30 inches wide.
