Description
A 43-inch LED picture light in satin brass, sized for wide artwork, panoramic prints, and long gallery walls.
The Slim-Line collection keeps the profile low and the light even. At 43 inches this version spans a large canvas or a row of smaller frames, using a single integrated 13.5W LED behind a diffuser for a soft, even wash. The satin brass finish is a muted, brushed gold tone - warmer and less reflective than polished brass, and a good fit for transitional and traditional interiors.
Best for
- Living rooms and dining rooms with a wide painting or panoramic print above a sideboard or mantel
- Gallery walls and long hallway art runs that need one continuous wash of light
- Home offices and libraries with warm wood shelving and brass-toned hardware
- Plug-in installations where an in-line switch 3 ft from the plug is convenient
Not ideal for
- Small or narrow frames - at 43 inches wide this light is built for large artwork
- Outdoor or damp spaces - this is an ETL listed indoor fixture
- Hardwired-only installations - this model runs on a cord and plug
How bright is it?
1080 lumens - brighter than a 60W incandescent bulb, spread wide and diffused for artwork. It is an accent light for large pieces, not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white with a 90 CRI rating, so colors in paintings and prints read accurately and richly. The diffused lens spreads light evenly and emits no UV, which helps protect artwork from fading. Dimmable with a standard dimmer.
Sizing and fit
43 in wide, 8 in deep, 7.5 in high, with a 43 in shade. The 8-inch projection clears most frame depths. Best over wide mantels, sideboards, and long gallery walls in rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.
