House of Troy Slim-line 21in 4-Light Picture Light | Traditional Polished Brass Metal | Living Room & Gallery Art | 21 in Shade, 8 in | Model SL21-61

A 21-inch plug-in picture light in polished brass that lights wide artwork and gallery walls with a warm, classic wash - no wiring required.

The Slim-line series is made for lighting art without an electrician. The slim metal shade conceals four bulbs and directs light down the face of the canvas, and the polished brass finish brings a bright, traditional gleam that suits classic and transitional rooms. A 2-prong cord and in-line hi-lo switch make setup a simple plug-in job.

Best for

• Living rooms and dining rooms with framed art up to about 21 in wide
• Gallery walls and hallways where hardwiring isn't practical
• Home offices lighting a large print or map
• Traditional and transitional interiors with brass accents elsewhere in the room

Not ideal for

• Oversized canvases wider than roughly 21 in - choose a longer shade
• Hardwired installs with a wall switch; this model is plug-in only
• Minimalist or matte-black interiors where polished brass would stand out too much

How bright is it?

Four 15T4 incandescent bulbs are included. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer; this is accent lighting for artwork rather than general room light.

Light color and feel

Incandescent T4 bulbs give a warm, golden-white glow that flatters oil paintings and warm-toned prints. The in-line hi-lo switch lets you soften the output in the evening.

Sizing and fit

The shade is 21 in wide with an 8 in extension from the wall, clearing most frame depths. Overall dimensions are W 3 in x D 11 in x H 23 in. Works well on standard 8-9 ft walls with art at eye level.
