Description
A 14-inch picture light in satin nickel that mounts above artwork to provide even, focused illumination without glare.
The Slim-line collection is designed for picture lighting, with a slim profile that complements framed art rather than competing with it. The satin nickel finish offers a cool, muted metallic look that suits modern and transitional interiors. This plug-in model includes a 2-prong cord and an in-line hi-lo switch for easy operation.
Best for
- Living rooms and hallways with framed artwork that needs accent lighting
- Gallery walls in dining rooms or home offices
- Bedrooms with a single large piece above the bed or dresser
- Mantels or built-ins where art or mirrors are displayed
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Very large artworks wider than 14 inches - consider a longer picture light
- Spaces without a nearby outlet, as this is a plug-in model with a 2-prong cord
How bright is it?
Uses two 15T4 incandescent bulbs (included). Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but picture lights are designed for accent illumination, not room lighting.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs included. Incandescent bulbs typically provide a warm, soft glow that enhances the colors in artwork. The in-line hi-lo switch allows two brightness levels.
