Description
A weathered brass table lamp with a metal shade, built for bedside reading and living room side tables.
The Hyde Park pairs a solid weathered brass body with a matching metal shade, giving it the low-sheen, lived-in look of an antique desk lamp rather than a polished showroom piece. The full-range dimmer sits on the lamp itself, so you can drop the light for a bedside glow or raise it for reading without touching a wall switch.
Best for
- Bedside tables in primary bedrooms, where the dimmer lets you read and then dim down for sleep
- Living room side tables and console tables that need a warm accent light
- Home offices and studies, as a task light with a metal shade that directs light downward
- Traditional, industrial, and transitional interiors that suit an aged brass finish
Not ideal for
- Rooms where you want a large, bright ambient light - this is a single-bulb accent lamp
- Spaces that need a hardwired fixture - this is a plug-in table lamp
- Very small nightstands, given the 14 in width and 14 lb weight
How bright is it?
Takes one 100W Type A incandescent bulb (not included). Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer and depends on the bulb you choose - a 100W incandescent is roughly 1600 lumens, enough for reading and task work, not for lighting a whole room.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you install; the lamp ships without one. The metal shade directs light downward and creates a focused pool rather than a soft wash, which suits reading and desk work. Use the full-range dimmer to take it from bright task light down to a low evening glow.
Sizing and fit
26 in tall with a 10 in extension and a 7 in base, so it fits comfortably on a standard 24-30 in side table or nightstand. The shade measures 5 x 7.5 x 6.25 in. Overall footprint is about 14 in wide by 16 in deep.

Frequently asked
Is the bulb included? No - it takes one 100W Type A incandescent bulb, sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it has a built-in full-range dimmer on the lamp, so no wall dimmer is required.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No - it is a plug-in table lamp intended for indoor use.
What's the warranty? Warranty information is not specified by the manufacturer.
How does the weathered brass finish compare to polished brass? Weathered brass has a muted, aged patina rather than a mirror shine, so it hides fingerprints and suits traditional and industrial rooms.
