House of Troy Hyde Park 8in 1-Light Picture Light | Traditional Weathered Brass Metal | Living Room & Gallery Art Lighting | 8 in | Model HP8-76

A plug-in picture light that mounts above framed art and casts a warm, even wash across the canvas - ideal for living rooms, galleries, and home offices.

The Hyde Park pairs a weathered brass finish with a slim 8-inch metal shade, giving framed pieces a traditional, gallery-style accent without hardwiring. It plugs into any standard outlet with a 2-prong cord and an in-line hi-lo switch, so you can brighten or dim the wash with a click.

Best for

• Living rooms and dens, mounted above a framed painting or print on the wall
• Home offices and studies, lighting a framed certificate or artwork behind a desk
• Galleries and hallways with a series of framed pieces
• Renters and anyone without an outlet in the wall - the plug-in cord avoids hardwiring

Not ideal for

• Very large canvases wider than the 8-inch shade can cover evenly
• Spaces where a visible cord running to an outlet is not acceptable
• Outdoor or damp locations - this is an indoor plug-in fixture

How bright is it?

Takes one 25T10 or 40T10 incandescent bulb (not included). With a 40W T10 bulb it produces a focused accent wash suitable for lighting artwork, not for illuminating a whole room.

Light color and feel

Warm white incandescent output flatters oil paintings, prints, and wood frames. Brightness is controlled by the in-line hi-lo switch on the cord.

Sizing and fit

The 8-inch shade sits on a 12-inch extension arm, so the light reaches out over the top of the frame. Overall dimensions are 11 in W x 12 in D x 17 in H and the unit weighs 4 lbs.
