Description
A compact 12-inch table lamp for bedside tables, consoles, and desks, finished in black and satin nickel with a white linen hardback shade.
The Bryson pairs a slim metal base with a crisp white linen hardback shade, giving it a clean, tailored look that suits modern and transitional rooms. At just 12 inches tall, it fits where full-size lamps crowd the surface, and the on-cord switch keeps the base uncluttered.
Best for
- Bedside tables and nightstands where a full-size lamp would overwhelm the surface
- Entryway consoles and hallway tables that need a small pool of warm light
- Desks and reading nooks used for accent light rather than task lighting
- Living room side tables in pairs for a balanced, symmetrical look
Not ideal for
- Reading or task lighting - at 40W max this is an accent lamp, not a work light
- Large rooms that need a primary light source
- Spaces where a cord switch is inconvenient - the switch sits on the cord 6 in from the base
How bright is it?
Takes one 40W incandescent bulb (not included). Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but a 40W bulb is roughly equivalent to a soft accent glow - enough to light a nightstand or console, not a whole room.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose; the white linen hardback shade diffuses it into a soft, even glow. A warm-white bulb flatters the black and satin nickel finish and keeps the mood relaxed.
Sizing and fit
Overall 6 in deep x 12 in high, with a 5 in round base and a 4 x 6 x 6 in shade. The small footprint suits narrow nightstands, slim consoles, and desks. Weight is 6 lbs.
