Description
An adjustable floor lamp for living rooms and bedrooms, pairing a chestnut bronze and satin brass metal base with a matching metal shade.
The Barton brings a warm chestnut bronze body with satin brass accents and a metal shade that directs light downward for reading and tasks. The height adjusts from 42 to 57 inches, so you can tune it to a sofa, chair, or bedside.
Best for
- Living rooms - a reading lamp beside a sofa or armchair
- Bedrooms - a task lamp in a corner or beside a dresser
- Rooms with warm wood, brass, and bronze finishes
- Spaces where you want to adjust lamp height to suit the seat
Not ideal for
- Anyone wanting a soft fabric shade - this model uses a metal shade that directs light
- Rooms where you need a very bright primary light - one 75W bulb gives accent-level output
- Spaces that need a fixed height - the lamp adjusts from 42 to 57 inches
How bright is it?
Takes one 75W incandescent bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose - a typical 75W-equivalent LED gives roughly 1100 lumens, enough for reading and ambient light but not a whole-room primary source.
Light color and feel
Light color follows the bulb you install. The metal shade focuses light downward, making it well suited to reading and task work.
Sizing and fit
Overall 10 in diameter x 42 to 57 in high, with a 10.5 in base and a 9.75 in diameter metal shade. The adjustable height suits living rooms and bedrooms with standard ceiling heights.
