House of Troy Averill 52in 2-Light Floor Lamp | Traditional Oil Rubbed Bronze and Off White Linen | Living Room & Bedroom Reading | Model AV100-OB

A two-light adjustable floor lamp with an off-white linen hardback shade, made for living rooms and bedrooms that need warm, layered reading light.

The Averill pairs a solid metal body in oil rubbed bronze with a tailored off-white fine linen hardback shade. The height adjusts from 52 to 66 inches, so it works beside a sofa or a reading chair without crowding the room, and the twin pull switch lets you run one bulb or both.

Best for

• Living rooms and family rooms, set beside a sofa or armchair as a reading and ambient light
• Primary bedrooms, placed next to a bed in rooms with 8 to 9 ft ceilings
• Home offices and dens where a warm, adjustable task light is preferred over overhead lighting
• Traditional and transitional interiors that already use bronze or dark metal accents

Not ideal for

• Very small rooms - the 17-inch shade and 11-inch base need floor space to sit clear of furniture
• Spaces where you want a single on/off switch; this lamp uses a twin pull switch
• Use outside the United States - it is designed for 110-volt wiring only

How bright is it?

Takes two 100W incandescent Type A bulbs (not included). With both lit it delivers generous room-filling light for a living room or bedroom corner; with one lit it works as a softer accent or reading light. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer because bulbs are not included.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. The off-white linen hardback shade diffuses output into a soft, even glow and keeps the look warm rather than clinical. Pair with warm white bulbs for a traditional feel or higher-output LEDs if you want more brightness.

Sizing and fit

Frequently asked

Is the bulb included? No - two 100W Type A incandescent bulbs are required and sold separately.

Is it dimmable? The lamp uses a twin pull switch rather than a dimmer; dimming would require a compatible dimmable bulb and separate dimming control.

Can I use this in a bathroom or outdoors? No - it is an indoor floor lamp designed for 110-volt US wiring and is not intended for damp or outdoor locations.

What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified in the supplied product data; contact House of Troy for details.

How does the height adjustment work? The lamp extends from 52 to 66 inches overall, letting you set the shade at reading height beside a chair or sofa.
