Description
A 16.75-inch table lamp in weathered brass with a black hardback shade, sized for bedside tables, desks, and living room side tables.
Part of House of Troy's Aria collection, this lamp pairs a weathered brass body with a black hardback fabric shade for a warm, traditional look. It takes one 100W Type A bulb (not included), and the on/off switch sits on the cord 6 inches from the clamp.
Best for
- Bedside tables in primary or guest bedrooms, where a 100W bulb gives ample reading light
- Desks and home-office corners that need focused task light
- Living room side tables and console tables in traditional or transitional rooms
- Anyone who prefers a warm incandescent glow over fixed LED color temperature
Not ideal for
- Rooms that need a large statement lamp - at 16.75 in tall this is a compact accent piece
- Buyers who want a bulb in the box - the 100W Type A bulb is not included
- Spaces where you want a switch on the lamp itself - the switch is on the cord
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you install. With a 100W Type A bulb it delivers strong reading and task light; with a lower-wattage bulb it works as ambient accent light. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer because the bulb is not included.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose - a warm-white incandescent or LED bulb suits the weathered brass and black shade. The lamp is not dimmable unless paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall 14 in deep x 16.75 in tall, with a 5 x 7.5 x 6.25 in black hardback shade. The compact footprint suits nightstands and side tables 16 in wide or more. Weighs 18 lbs.
