House of Troy Pharmacy 28in 1-Light Swing Arm Wall Lamp | Traditional Antique Brass and Metal Shade | Bedroom & Reading Nook | Model AD425-AB

A wall-mounted antique brass swing arm lamp for bedrooms, reading nooks, and anywhere you want adjustable light without a table.

The Pharmacy swing arm lamp brings classic task lighting to the wall: a pivoting arm extends up to 28.5 inches and a small metal shade aims light exactly where you need it. The antique brass finish gives it a warm, traditional character that suits wood furniture, leather chairs, and layered interiors. With no floor or table footprint, it frees up space beside a bed or reading chair.

Best for

• Bedrooms - mount beside the bed in place of a table lamp and swing it in for reading
• Reading nooks and living room chairs where floor space is tight
• Home offices and studies that want traditional styling over a desk lamp
• Hallways or sitting areas that need a focused accent light on the wall

Not ideal for

• Renters or anyone unable to drill into the wall - this is a wall-mounted lamp
• Rooms where you want broad ambient light - the 5 x 8 in shade directs light narrowly
• Spaces where a 28.5 in reach would overhang walkways or doorways

How bright is it?

Takes one 75W Type A incandescent bulb (not included). Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer and depends on the bulb you choose; a 75W-equivalent LED gives comfortable task-level brightness for reading.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulb you install. A warm white bulb (around 2700-3000K) suits the antique brass finish and gives a soft, golden reading light; a cooler bulb reads more like a task lamp. The lamp is not listed as dimmable - brightness is controlled by the on-socket switch.

Sizing and fit

The swing arm extends up to 28.5 in from a 5 in backplate, with a 5 x 8 in shade. Weighs 16 lbs, so plan on mounting into solid wall material. The long reach makes it well suited to bedside and reading-chair placement.
