How bright is it?
The fixture accepts one 12W medium-base LED bulb (not included). With a typical 12W LED producing 800-1100 lumens, this lantern provides ample ambient light for a covered patio or entryway. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage dimmable LED bulb.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish and Clear Seedy glass. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
