How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. This pendant accepts one 12W medium-base LED bulb (not included). With a typical 12W LED bulb, you can expect around 800-1100 lumens - comparable to a 60-75W incandescent, suitable for ambient or task lighting in a medium-sized area.
Light color and feel
The etched opal glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. For a warm glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb; for a more neutral light, 3500K-4000K. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable LED bulb and compatible dimmer (not included).
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 11 inches in diameter and 14.25 inches in height. It includes 72 inches of wire for adjustable hanging length. The canopy is 5.25 inches in diameter and 2.75 inches deep. Suitable for sloped ceilings up to 90 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
