Description
A 58-inch smart ceiling fan with integrated LED light, finished in heritage brass with natural wood blades, designed for covered patios and large bedrooms.
The Layton collection blends traditional and modern elements with a sophisticated, streamlined look. Subtly curved wood blades and a heritage brass steel body create a versatile transitional style. The integrated LED provides warm, dimmable illumination, while the Wi-Fi-enabled DC motor offers six speeds and smart control via the Hinkley App or included HIRO remote.

How bright is it?
1320 lumens from the integrated LED — comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a medium to large room, but may need supplemental task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with a high CRI of 90 — a soft, golden tone that flatters skin tones and warm finishes like brass and wood. Dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
