Description
A 44-inch wet-rated smart ceiling fan with integrated warm-dim LED light, designed for covered patios and indoor-outdoor living spaces in a matte black composite finish.
The Iver fan from Hinkley's Coastal Elements Collection brings Scandinavian modern design to any space exposed to the elements. Its slightly curved, tapered composite blades focus on clean lines, while the warm dim LED light provides a functional glow. The fan is Wi-Fi enabled and compatible with the Hinkley app for easy control via smartphone or the included HIRO remote.

How bright is it?
1320 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for a covered patio or living room. The warm-dim feature allows the light to dim smoothly from 3000K to a warmer glow, making it suitable for both task and relaxation.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with warm-dim capability - starts at a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent and dims to an even warmer amber. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and natural, ideal for outdoor dining or reading areas.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in diameter (blade sweep) with a height of 13.75 inches from ceiling to blades. It includes a 6-inch down rod and can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. For lower ceilings, a flush mount kit is available separately. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
