A 52-inch ceiling fan from Hinkley's Highland collection, finished in matte black with walnut wood blades, designed for both indoor and covered outdoor use.
The Highland fan was designed with versatility in mind. Its practical features and transitional style make it suitable for a wide range of spaces. The matte black steel body pairs with walnut wood blades for a warm, natural contrast. This fan is wet-rated, so it can be used on covered patios or in indoor rooms with high ceilings.

- Living rooms, family rooms, and great rooms up to 400 sq ft, where the 52-inch blade sweep provides ample airflow
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms with a ceiling height of at least 8 ft

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is wet-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas. It is not rated for direct rain exposure or for bathrooms with shower spray.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
