How bright is it?
This fixture uses two 17W LED medium bulbs (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulbs chosen; typical 17W LED bulbs produce around 2000-2400 lumens total, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is determined by the bulbs you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The heathered gray slub shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
