Description
A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with integrated LED uplight and natural wood accents, designed for modern living rooms and covered patios.
Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, the Rafter fan combines a streamlined matte white steel body with warm wood accents at the base of its contoured composite blades. The integrated 15W LED uplight casts a soft, indirect glow across the ceiling, while the 6-speed DC motor operates quietly and efficiently. WiFi-enabled and compatible with the Hinkley App and HIRO control, this fan offers convenient smart home integration.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED uplight produces 1000 lumens - comparable to a 60W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for accent or ambient illumination, not as a primary room light. The light is directed upward to create a soft glow on the ceiling.
Light color and feel
3000K warm dim with a CRI of 90 - a warm white tone that flatters skin and wood finishes. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 60-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12.5 inches. It includes a 6-inch down rod; other lengths are available separately. The canopy is 5.5 inches in diameter. Suitable for sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. Minimum installation height is 7 ft from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
