How bright is it?

Lumen output depends on the bulb used. The fixture accepts one medium-base LED bulb (not included). With a typical 4W LED (400-500 lumens), it provides soft ambient light similar to a 40W incandescent - suitable for accent or secondary lighting, not as a primary task light.

Light color and feel

Color temperature is determined by the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The etched opal glass diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft, uniform illumination. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable LED bulb and compatible dimmer switch.

Sizing and fit

The fixture measures 5.25 inches wide and 9.5 inches high, with a 4.5-inch hexagonal canopy. It projects only 9.5 inches from the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with 7-8 ft ceilings. The compact size works well in narrow hallways or above doorways.
